With a foundation in Anthropology and Sociology, my academic journey underscored a passion for understanding and engaging with people. This foundation crystallized into a career path focused on fostering human connections and cultivating supportive environments within the corporate landscape. Recognizing my natural inclination for seamless communication and deep empathy, I began my career in Human Resources/People Operations.
My expertise lies in pioneering HR functions for early to mid-stage startups and navigating the complexities of employment law with seasoned proficiency. Over the years, I've honed my skills as a pivotal HR resource, serving as the sole HR representative, integral team member within a dynamic people operations group, and as a Fractional Head of People. I specialize in architecting HR departments from inception, collaborating closely with senior leadership to devise and implement robust HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
As a trusted advisor in HR matters, I am dedicated to ensuring that organizational practices align seamlessly with values, regulatory mandates, and industry best practices. By fostering meaningful relationships with companies and departments, I facilitate the cultivation of inclusive, compliant, and thriving workplace cultures.

Where I am Today:
I work with companies to identify and implement their HR goals and align and deploy accompanying HR strategies and processes. I provide a trusted HR partnership and leadership to early to mid-stage startups and companies of varying sizes to meet all HR goals and initiatives.
In my free time, I am a long-distance runner and love to bird-watch.
