Fractional HR Leadership

I work with you and your team as your Fractional Head of People/HR and provide exceptional HR leadership. I grow, scale and mature your People Ops function.

Being integrated into the business allows me the ability to assess the current state of People Ops and ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.

HR Consulting

As an HR Consultant, I work in two capacities;

  1. Project Based HR Consultant where I work with you in an identified area to achieve a specific milestone.

  2. Project Based/Ongoing Consultant to work on identified specific projects and provide ongoing HR support to internal team and employees

What is the difference between services?

Fractional is a skills and leadership-based role. Fractional leaders also have to focus on the impact on the team & the company beyond the deliverable.

This role is integral/critical to the business. This role is strategic & operational and has access to the information they need to be effective

Consulting projects typically last for 3-6 months on average. Consulting is a skills-based role and focus is on their deliverable(s).

This is a role that is additive to the business and not embedded into the team. This role relies on partners openly sharing information relevant to the project.
